We are currently recruiting an experienced Store Manager to lead and develop our hair & beauty trade supply store in Kilmainham, Dublin 8.

Flair Hair & Beauty Supplies are the leading supplier of professional hair and beauty equipment and products to Beauty Salons, Spas, Hair Salons and Nailbars in Ireland. An Irish owned company, we have been supplying the professional trade with top brand names since 1976. We now wish to hire an experienced Store Manager to lead and develop our Dublin store.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Accountable for managing all day-to-day operations of an individual store to achieve targeted productivity, sales and profitability
• Strong customer service skills
• Recruits, introduces, and coaches new employees
• Deals with the store’s finances and salaries
• Ability to motivate, train, and develops all the store employees
• Appraises staff
• Ensures good audit results
• Strong visual merchandising skills
• IT Maintenance Pricing / POS
• Liaises with the General Manager

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for energetic candidates with good management experience from a similar industry. You must be fluent in English and available to work flexible hours (i.e. weekends and evenings). 
Ideally you will have excellent communication skills, experience in leading a team in a sales/customer service environment. Be commercially aware and have sound product knowledge. As leader you will require excellent inter personal skills and lead by example. You must be target and sales driven and have a clear plan of how to exceed targets instore. You will be expected to build the Flair brand through canvassing new and excisiting accounts and to switch customers to shop with Flair.
